How to make Turkish coffee

Step 1: Fill the pot with water and coffee (1 tablespoon per demitasse 3 oz cup)

Step 2: Bring to a boil.

Step 3: Remove from heat.

Step 4: Pour the coffee into the cups in one swift movement so that all the foam is smoothly transferred.
